We grow our cacao on our "Blue Valley" property near Upala. We are 100% committed to organic production in our beautiful Maleku Chocolate Forest - host to a mix of local hybrids and fine flavor cacao varietals.

Our chocolate lets the fine cacao lead the conversation - we like the "two ingredients" approach with just pure cacao and organic cane sugar - you will not find lecithin or other unwelcome additives in our products
